So, if you’re impressed by this brand, you probably will end up going for the smaller-sized one too.

Okay, so this one, like many other Suavecito products comes with a signature scent that’s difficult to miss.
The product is available everywhere, so you’re pretty open to a lot of options that might mean better deals for you.
Now, the brand says that this is a water-soluble solution for styling your hair.
That’s if you have thick, curly, or even stubborn hair.
So, now when you put it on, you can easily wash it out too.
The brand also promises that you’ll get that extra help that’ll leave your hair strong and tough.
When you look at the package, you’ll see it looks like a thick gel but is very similar to other water-based pomades.
Another thing you’re promised is styling your hair without frustration.
You know, it’s stressful and downright annoying when you try to comb your hair and it just keeps the comb stuck or threatens to pluck out.

Though the target audience is males, females can apply it too.
Similar to the other product, you can use it on coarse/thick or medium/curly hair.
It’ll also go on all hair lengths. And for the best results, make sure you blow-dry and ensure your hair dries properly.
This way, you get the style you want.
In terms of scent, some users claimed that this has a more pleasant fragrance than the Firme Hold.
Layrite also doesn’t feel sticky as reported by users especially when it’s dry.
This gives it an upper hand over many other brands, especially considering that it’s affordable. However, you need to not overuse it, else, it’ll lead to flaking of your hair.
Another great thing about this one is that it washes out easily, just like the Suavecito.

Both brands will deliver superior hold and scent. However, it’s easy to see fanboys and girls taking sides.
If you’re more inclined to one of them, go with it and you wouldn’t be too wrong.
Having said that, Layrite (might) have an advantage over Suavecito in that it styles better, dries moderately, and is not too hard when dry.
Conventional water-based pomades can be very tough and can even dry out your hair.
So, be thankful if you get one that won’t make your hair dense and useless.
Because Layrite isn’t crusty when dry or makes a helmet out of your hair, you’ll see many recommending it over Suavecito.
