There are two main ways to prevent your balls from sticking to your legs:

  1. Wear briefs or boxer briefs instead of boxer shorts
  2. Apply body powder to your balls

It can be quite frustrating when it’s a hot day, you’re walking down the street, and with each step you take, you feel your balls sticking to your legs. This is a really uncomfortable feeling.

Trust me, I know the feeling. Fortunately for you, though, I know a thing or two about how to solve this problem.

Let’s discuss each of the two ways above in more detail as we go through the article.

Wear Briefs or Boxer Briefs Instead of Boxers

Stop wearing boxers. Use supportive underwear that actually lifts your balls from between your legs and pushes them forward where the air is cooler and dryer.

Yes, extra-baggy boxer shorts may be ‘cool’ and if you’re not exactly built like Brad Pitt in Troy – they do tend to look better on their own. But you’re not exactly gonna go out in public with just your undies on right?

The problem with wearing boxers is that it’s too loose and therefore, there’s no support for your balls. So what happens is your balls just dangle down there, with nothing to stop or hold them from coming into contact with your legs. Combine this with an extremely hot day, or a session at the gym, and you’ve got yourself some sticky balls.

On the other hand, tighter-fitting undergarments such as boxer briefs or standard briefs help lift up your balls so you don’t get that uncomfortable (but all too familiar) feeling of your balls sticking to your legs when you’re walking or simply sitting down.

In addition, they also work much better for comfort in hot climates or during physical activities. This may take some getting used to, but trust me, it works. You’ll be amazed at the results.

Try out the ones from Fruit of the Loom or Hanes Men’s. These can do the job well and are pretty affordable. They are a good first step from your loose boxer shorts.

Apply Body Powder to Your Balls

If my first suggestion regarding changing to tighter-fitting undergarments still doesn’t work for you, then I would recommend applying body powder down there. This will help prevent your balls from sticking to your legs.

If you don’t know what this is, it’s basically like baby powder, but specifically made for adults.

Body powder works wonders when it comes to absorbing excess moisture down there. As a result, it keeps your balls cool, dry, and most especially: not sticky. Moreover, it also helps with preventing skin chafing and irritation.

This is actually pretty popular, especially for men who work in industries that require a lot of manual labor and standing under the sun, such as construction.

Body powder not only works for your balls but can also be used for other body parts that you want to keep dry, such as a sweaty bum. It’s hassle-free and very easy to apply. After taking a shower, I dry myself off, then apply it while I’m in the shower cubicle so I can easily wash off any excess powder.

Honestly, body powder has been a lifesaver ever since I discovered it. It’s extremely useful while being affordable at the same time. You won’t regret spending the extra money if it means effectively stopping your balls from sticking to your legs.

My personal recommendation is the Chassis Premium Body Powder. It’s talc-free and has a very light scent (mix of Old Spice + pumpkin). It’s made of aloe and other plant extracts that give a soothing feeling after applying the powder. Feels cool and refreshing to the touch.

Summary

Going back to the original question: How do you prevent your balls from sticking to your legs?

As I previously discussed above, there are two main ways to do this:

  1. Wear briefs or boxer briefs instead of boxers
  2. Apply body powder to your balls

If you apply these two things, I can guarantee you that you will never have to suffer that uncomfortable feeling of your balls sticking to your legs again, whether it be while you’re walking down the street or when you’re just simply sitting down.
